       This Privacy Policy explains how we handle client information in the course of providing digital content creation services.          We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data is collected, used, and retained.

2. Information We Collect

      We only collect information necessary to fulfill billing and invoicing requirements. This includes:

             Name or business name

             Billing address

             Email address (for invoices and receipts)

             Payment-related information (managed through secure third-party processors)

      We do not collect any additional personal data, browsing data, or behavioral analytics.

3. Purpose of Collection

      Client information is collected solely for billing, invoicing, and tax compliance purposes. We do not use your information for       marketing, data profiling, or any unrelated activities.

4. Data Retention

     Billing Information: Retained only as long as required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or applicable tax authorities.          After the statutory period, all billing records are securely deleted or destroyed.

    Created Content: Any digital content (files, graphics, videos, text, etc.) produced for a client is stored for six (6) months from     the invoice paid date, after which it is permanently deleted or destroyed from our systems and backups.

5. Data Security

     We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, disclosure,            alteration, or destruction. Secure storage, limited access, and encrypted transmission methods are applied where                      appropriate.

6. Information Sharing

     We do not sell, trade, or share client information with third parties.
     Your billing data may only be disclosed:

         To tax authorities if required by law

         To our accountants or auditors under confidentiality obligations

7. Client Rights

        You have the right to:

             Request information about what personal data we hold about you

             Request correction of any inaccurate information

             Request confirmation of data deletion after the applicable retention period
